Selection of recent dinners (lack of time to write them individually)

1. Roast potatoes, sweet potatoes, lots of veggies, veggie sausages and gravy

2. Moroccan chickpeas w saffron rice

3. Potato and cauliflower curry with rice, poppadoms and pickles

4. Tomato, basil, lemon and courgette pasta with garlic bread

5.Vietnamese spring rolls with tofu, spring onions and cucumber, with tofu stir-fry

6. Spaghetti alla olio with bruschetta

7. Stuffed potato skins with vegan bacon and salad with pine nuts

8. Veggie hotdogs with chips and salad

9. Roasted veggies with quinoa and harissa and salad

10. Tabbouleh with falafels, pittas, olives and salad

11. Three-veg spaghetti bolognaise (with carrots, courgettes and peppers blended up)

12. Vegan burgers with chips, onion rings and salad
